Adama announces changes to its organizational structure. Steve Hawkins becomes CEO of the company (Ignacio Dominguez left in April). AND Romeo Stanguerlin starts to lead the company in Latin America, under the position of senior vice president Latam. The region will be administered from Londrina.

“The move is part of Adama's strategy to further strengthen collaboration between businesses, building strong relationships with distributors and producers in all locations where the company operates. The combination of Brazil and Latin America, which together covered US$1,6 billion in sales in 2022, offers great opportunities and will ensure our focus on 2023 business goals”, says Stanguerlin.

The current regional functional teams for the Brazil and Latin America business units will continue to support their respective units in the immediate term.

Stanguerlin joined the company in June 2014 as marketing director in Brazil. Since 2019, he has led Adama Brasil, the company's largest business country. The executive previously worked at Syngenta for more than 20 years, holding various leadership positions in different regions and countries.
