Syngenta signed a contract to purchase social shares from Produtécnica, a distributor with a network of six stores located in the states of Tocantins, Maranhão and Piauí. The objective is to ensure the distribution of the company's products.

The company's growth trajectory in the retail of agricultural inputs began in 2019 with the creation of Atua Agro, which currently has 44 stores.

Secondly, the company acquired Dipagro, in Mato Grosso, in 2021; Agro Jangada, in Mato Grosso do Sul, in 2022; and Agrocerrado, in Minas Gerais, in 2023.

With the incorporation of Produtécnica, Syngenta has around 90 own stores, in addition to more than 200 partner distributors and cooperatives.
