SoluBio Announces Sheilla Albuquerque as New CEO for 2024

SoluBio reported that Sheilla Albuquerque will assume the position of CEO (Chief Executive Officer), marking the beginning of a transition process that began in November.

Sheilla has a degree in business administration from Universidade Paulista and an MBA in Administration from Business School (SP), accumulating more than 30 years of experience dedicated to agribusiness; She began her journey as a young apprentice at the age of 14.

With a long-lasting career, Sheilla played strategic roles at Rohm and Haas Química, Dow AgroSciences and Corteva AgriSciences, occupying prominent positions in operations, marketing and sales, in addition to vice-presidency in the South and Paraguay areas.

Upon assuming the role of CEO of SoluBio, Sheilla will face the challenge of continuing the work previously carried out by Alber Guedes; and the management of Maurício Schneider, continuing with important strategic projects for the group.
