The forecast indicates above-average rain in much of the North and South regions
Seedcorp HO celebrates a decade of operation in the market. The company, which began as a licensed seed multiplication platform, today adopts a business model with its own genetics. Since its merger in 2017 with the Argentine group Horus Sementes (belonging to the Don Mario Group - GDM), the company has undergone several transformations, with emphasis on the acquisition of a stake by the companies Bunge and Advanta Seeds in 2022.
Mario Carvalho (in the photo), CEO of the company, emphasizes the commitment to the essence of the seed and genetics business.
Currently, the company operates throughout the entire soybean production chain. This includes everything from research to logistics. The company stands out for its business model in the seed sector.
In response to good results and growing demand, in 2023 Seedcorp HO expanded its operations. The new research station in Sertanópolis aims to improve the soybean breeding program, which is already carried out in Primavera do Leste.
