The Latam Region is now made up of four Commercial Units (CU) and Regional Central Functions. Are they:

  • Alexandre Pires (marketing and product strategy);
  • Ana Colla (operations and supply chain);
  • Andrey Araújo (product development and registration);
  • Josi Martins (people & culture);
  • Luiz Ruzza (finance and IT); It is
  • Ricardo Barros (legal).

According to Romeu Stanguerlin, the change will bring market agility and rationalize organizational layers to facilitate faster and clearer decision-making. “The regional hub functions will work closely with countries and support UC directors to achieve our business objectives.
