Lar Cooperativa expands presence in Mato Grosso do Sul

This week, Lar Cooperativa opened its 18th Producer Service Unit in Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), this time, in the municipality of Sonora. The new unit is part of the Cooperative's strategic plan, which aims to strengthen its presence in the State and offer its members and customers the best services and products available on the market.

According to Lar's CEO, Irineo da Costa Rodrigues, the cooperative has been looking for its space and to be recognized for its excellent work and valuing people. “We have a lot to learn from producers in Sonora (MS) so that the cooperative can have the same success as in other regions. In this exchange of experiences, I am sure that we will achieve the best results”, he said during the inauguration event. 

Lar Cooperativa has been present in Mato Grosso do Sul for over 20 years, and has 31 Grain Reception Units in the State, all strategically located. The mayor of Sonora (MS), Enelto Ramos, thanked Lar for the partnership and commitment to regional development, with the generation of jobs and income for families. 

Organization

The new unit, located at Avenida Antônio de Oliveira Neto, 841, central region of the city, has 600 square meters and a modern structure to offer producers in the region a new service experience. 

The unit is managed by José Carlos Gonçalves Filho, responsible for providing exclusive service to associates and customers in Sonora (MS). He will also lead the unit's team, initially made up of five employees, two of whom are agronomists. Reinforcement for the team of professionals is already planned, as well as the expansion of available services and solutions, such as, for example, in-person service from Lar Credi and Lar Máquinas.
