Adama announces changes to global team

Changes include Shahar Florence, Efrat Nagar, Michal Arlosoroff, Naama Peleg, Rob Williams, Sergio Dedominici Paz and Juan Valero

Adama Ltd has announced changes to its management teams and organization. These changes include the establishment of newly created global roles of vice president of strategy, business intelligence and corporate communications, as well as chief sustainability officer.

Management changes include:

• Shahar Florence: has asked to leave his current role as CFO to focus on consulting in the areas of growth and innovation for various organizations and will continue to consult to the CEO on strategic issues as needed.

• Efrat Nagar: appointed CFO and member of the executive team, having previously held various finance roles throughout her 20 years with the company. Efrat most recently served as Vice President of Finance and, throughout the years 2021-2022, played an indispensable role during the process of appointing a new CFO.

• Michal Arlosoroff: retires after 16 years of service. Michal will continue as a senior advisor to Adama's CEO.

• Naama Peleg: appointed general legal counsel, replacing Michal Arlosoroff. Naama joined Adama in 2011 as a Senior Corporate Advisor.

• Rob Williams: assumed the new role of vice president of strategy, business intelligence and corporate communications (SBC). Rob will lead the implementation of the company's strategy across the organization while addressing changes in market and industry dynamics.

• Sergio Dedominici Paz: appointed senior vice president of Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EAME), replacing Rob Williams.

• Juan Valero: appointed director of sustainability, including stakeholder engagement and ESG reporting.

• Zvi Manor: retired after 42 years of service.
