Vinícius Boleta is the new Herbicides manager at Adama Brasil, now leading the segment for the national market. Boleta is an agronomist, graduated from the State University of Maringá, and has been with the company for over 13 years.

Throughout his career at the company, he worked as a technical sales representative and commercial manager. Since 2019, he has worked in the marketing area, where he worked in project and product management, working on building the company's biosolutions strategy, as well as leading the launch of the Arremate and Forasteiro herbicides for pasture.

“This challenge is part of my professional plan and I am very happy and motivated to lead Adama’s herbicide portfolio. We will have major launches in the coming years that will be responsible for boosting growth even further,” said Boleta.
