Cauê Tavares recently assumed the role of "customer experience and market access leader" at Bayer. In the new position, he will be challenged to integrate and optimize the company's marketing and business intelligence operations, aiming for an unprecedented customer experience and exploring new business horizons.
Previously, he worked as "director of go to market, sales force excellence, customer data, and seed treatment". In this position, he was responsible for market strategies, sales force excellence, customer data intelligence and new business initiatives, as well as leading the seed treatment division.
Tavares previously worked at Araguaia as "CDO - director of information technology, digital, and innovation". There, he led the digital transformation. Previously, at Syngenta, he served as "head of CRM, customer service and customer platforms".
Cauê Tavares has a degree in biological sciences from the "Luiz de Queiroz" School of Agriculture. He has an MBA in business administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and several courses abroad.
