BRQ Brasilquímica will be present at the 14th Fertilizer Show (FShow), one of the most important events in the agricultural input industry, which takes place between March 13th and 15th, in Shanghai (China). The business fair is aimed at the fertilizer industry, and is part of the China International Agrochemical & Crop Protection Exhibition (CAC), which brings together almost three thousand companies from all segments of the agricultural input industry. In total, around 40 thousand visitors are expected from all over the world.
“China is the main supplier of raw materials for fertilizers. It is essential for Brazilian industries to be at this global event, which connects suppliers and buyers committed to increasing the supply of safe and quality food. Sustainable agricultural production is essential for us and we are always looking for new and better technologies and solutions to offer Brazilian farmers”, highlights Marcelo Fernandes, president of the Board of Directors of BRQ Brasilquímica, who will represent the company at the event.
Fernandes highlights that Brazil is one of the largest food suppliers in the world, and that this year it should produce more than 300 million tons of grains, in addition to 55 million tons of coffee, 600 million tons of sugar cane, as well as fruits, vegetables, legumes and various other products.
“Our responsibility as an industry is to make available to these farmers the best and most modern solutions to increase productivity, with safety for the environment, people and the planet. Being at an event like FShow means being in direct contact with the most advanced agricultural inputs”, he concludes.
