Primavera Máquinas, the RZK Group's agricultural machinery sales and solutions company, announced the acquisition of the dealerships of the Real Máquinas group, which represents the John Deere brand in the State of Goiás. The acquisition will further strengthen the presence and relevance of Primavera Máquinas in the Brazilian agricultural market. Now, the company is expanding its operations in the State of Goiás, in the regions of Mineiros, Alto Taquari and in the town of Planalto Verde, in the municipality of Caiapônia, where the opening of a fourth store is also planned.

Originally, Primavera Máquinas was established in the Mato Grosso region, serving rural producers across a large area of the state. Its portfolio includes several models from the John Deere brand, such as tractors, planters, sprayers, harvesters, agricultural implements, as well as after-sales and technological solutions for the field.

The new stores are part of Primavera Máquinas' strategic planning, which now has 11 stores, expanding its operations to two states and more than 30 municipalities.

“This expansion represents a significant milestone for our group, which already operates successfully in the State of Mato Grosso. We are excited about this new phase and look forward to collaborating with the agricultural community of Goiás, contributing to the sustainable development of agribusiness in the region”, says José Ricardo Lemos Rezek, CEO of the RZK Group.

Acquired by Primavera Máquinas, Real Máquinas was founded on August 3, 1984, and since September 1997 has represented the John Deere brand.

Support and assistance

Primavera Máquinas arrives in the State of Goiás to offer support and assistance to rural producers. The company's services go beyond the sale of agricultural machinery and also include effective day-to-day monitoring in the field, with after-sales and the use of advanced technologies through the Connected Solutions Centers, reflecting improvements in the productivity of rural properties, maximizing financial results for the farmer.

Rezek states that technology and after-sales effectiveness are the essential pillars of Primavera Máquina's business. “For this reason, we are constantly investing in new technologies and training specialized technicians. With the aim of improving the quality of services offered in the region, we are committed to maintaining MFries' service teams. Furthermore, we will invest in state-of-the-art tools, enabling our team to provide an even more satisfactory experience for our customers”, he adds.
