The forecast for next week indicates heavy rainfall over the entire Rio Grande do Sul. This is what the Integrated Agrometeorological Bulletin 15/2024, from the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Sustainable Production and Irrigation (Seapi), in partnership with the Emater/RS and Irga.
On Saturday (13/4), an area of low pressure will intensify over the northern half of the State, causing instability and resulting in more significant rain between the Fronteira Oeste region and Laguna dos Patos. On Sunday (14/4), rain showers will be more concentrated in the center of the state.
On Monday (15/4), heavier rains are expected near the border with Uruguay, in the Campanha and Western Border Regions. On Tuesday (16/4), rain will spread over most of the State, with greater volumes expected near the border with Uruguay, in the Campanha Region, and over the Center/North. On Wednesday (17/4), there is no rain forecast over Rio Grande do Sul, with firm weather conditions prevailing.
The most significant precipitation is expected for the Central, Medium Plateau and Missões regions, with rainfall volumes between 100 and 200 mm, and between 50 and 100 mm over all other regions of the State.
