Adama has new Communications manager in Brazil

Leandro Garcia starts to lead the area in the company, in addition to acting as Brazil Market Development manager

Adama announced the promotion of Leandro Garcia, a company employee for over 10 years, to the position of Communications Manager. Previously, he served for four years as Brazil Market Development manager. Now, he will lead the Field Communication, Product and Institutional Campaigns and Internal Communication teams, in addition to the Brazil Market Development team, which he was already leading.

Graduated in Agricultural Engineering from the State University of Londrina, with an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV, as well as Marketing Management from Purdue University, in Indiana (USA), Leandro Garcia began his career at Syngenta, as a technical sales representative in Mato Grosso, and worked at FMC, until arriving at Adama, in 2013. Throughout his career at the company, he has worked as Row Crops Market Development manager and Product manager (Fungicides). Since 2019, he has worked as Brazil Market Development Manager.

“I am happy and motivated to also lead the Communication area at Adama and be able to collaborate with the team. I understand that the synergy between the two areas of Marketing can further help the company's sustainable growth”, declares Garcia.
