Kepler Weber announced the promotion of Bernardo Nogueira (in the photo) to the position of CEO. Nogueira has been with the company since 2021 and led the commercial team during the period.

According to information released to the press, under Nogueira's leadership in the commercial area, Kepler Weber recorded significant advances, including the increase in its customer base, which contributed to the company achieving the second best financial result in its history in 2023. This performance is particularly notable considering the economic challenges faced by the sector that year.

Piero Abbondi, the previous CEO, expressed confidence in the selection of his successor, citing Nogueira's positive impact on the company's growth. Abbondi, who now focuses on his responsibilities on the board of directors of Kepler Weber and Procer, highlighted Nogueira's continued commitment to excellence, customer proximity and sustainability as central elements for the company's future.

The company intends to announce its first strategic plan at Kepler Day, an event aimed at investors. The plan was developed together with the board of directors and covers all areas of the company. Its focus: innovation, team strengthening, development of digital products and services, and dedicated customer attention.

Nogueira expressed his commitment to dedicating himself to operational and industrial excellence at Kepler Weber and emphasized his desire to further strengthen ties with customers as part of his legacy at the company.
