ICL has new B2C commercial vice president

Agronomist Victor Scotton Leal recently took over the position; He has worked at the company for almost 15 years

The agronomist Victor Scotton Leal (in the photo) took on the role of B2C commercial vice president at ICL South America.

Previously, he served as director of B2B business at the company. His responsibilities included developing and executing the business strategy, managing the commercial and technical team and expanding the segment's market share and profitability.

His first job in large agricultural companies was at Syngenta. He started as a technical sales representative (RTV). At ICL, he also started as RTV, quickly moving to product manager. He has worked at the company for almost 15 years.

Victor graduated from the University Center of Patos de Minas (Unipam). He also completed a leadership program in administration and strategy at Harvard Business School and an MBA in business management (USP) and marketing (Fundação Getúlio Vargas).
