Adama has new "regional manufacturing leader" Americas

Leonardo Lima will be responsible for manufacturing, formulation and packaging operations at Adama and third parties (tolling) in Latin America and North America

Leonardo Lima, current production manager in Londrina and responsible for HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) in Brazil, assumes a new position and becomes "regional manufacturing leader" in the Americas. He will be responsible for manufacturing, formulation and filling operations at Adama and third parties (tolling) in Latin America and North America. Also for developing and executing strategies aligned with the company's general objectives and local and global operations.

Lima has a degree in industrial and production engineering from Universidad Valladolid in Spain/FBV Brazil and in naval engineering from USP/UPE. He has a postgraduate degree in project management from IPOG. He started his career at Adama in 2016, as a production coordinator. After three years, he took over production management in Londrina, together with corporate responsibility for HSE for Brazil.

"I started at Adama in a challenging scenario, coming from a different market, but I found great support from the Industrial team in Londrina. I am very excited and committed to the journey of implementing operational excellence in the company", he states.
