YANMAR's SA-R (SMART-ASSIST REMOTE) is an intelligent device embedded as a standard item on the YH 880 grain harvester, which performs remote monitoring of the equipment. Through technology, the farmer is able to monitor the machine's work remotely, via cell phone or computer, and obtain real-time information about its performance and operation. Data such as hours worked, signaling the start and end of each activity; mapping of equipment in the field signaling the areas worked; sending reports with fault diagnosis; and anti-theft alert, on occasions when the equipment leaves the area defined by the producer, are some of the functions offered.
