The 14th Brazilian Cotton Congress takes place from September 03rd to 05th, 2024 in Fortaleza (CE). Its theme will be “Brazilian cotton: building history towards global protagonism”.
According to the Brazilian Association of Cotton Producers (Abrapa), initial estimates for Brazilian cotton point to an 8,4% growth in the area planted with cotton, which should reach 1,81 million hectares, and production is expected to is 3,29 million tons, 2% more compared to the previous harvest.
