Yara is accepting applications for its trainee program, “Nutrindo Talentos”. The goal is to seek and develop diverse talents focused primarily on commercial activities. The vacancies are for professionals from all over Brazil, with up to four years of completed training in Agronomy or courses related to the business area.
“We are dedicated to attracting professionals not only to develop technical skills, but also to identify those who are aligned with the purpose of feeding the world sustainably,” emphasizes Tássia Rocha, Director of People & Culture at Yara Brazil. “Many of the company’s current talents, including those in leadership roles, began their careers through our trainee program, which has been in existence for more than three decades.”
For this edition, experience in dealing with distribution channels will be considered as a differential requirement, in addition to fluency in English. Furthermore, in its selection processes and programs, Yara values diversity to promote a diverse environment of knowledge and ideas.
The program will begin in April 2025 and, throughout the process, selected trainees will participate in a learning path, with technical and behavioral training, and the development of commercial and business skills. Applications for “Nutrindo Talentos” will be accepted between December 16 and January 18 and are made exclusively online.
