World Vine and Wine Congress begins this Sunday (23)

350 scientific works registered and half of the participating public will come from outside the country, accounting for 30 different nationalities

From October 23rd to 28th, from Sunday to Friday, Brazil hosts for the first time the World Vine and Wine Congress, promoted by the International Vine and Wine Organization (OIV). The central theme of this edition is Winemaking: technological advances in the face of market challenges. The event will be held in Bento Gonçalves (RS) and already has more than 400 confirmed participants, coming from 30 countries. The most important winemaking forum in the world, will be attended by the Brazilian Minister of Agriculture, Blairo Maggi, and the president of the OIV, Monika Christmann, among other authorities in the sector.
