Ativa Investimentos - one of the main and most traditional investment brokers in Brazil with 38 years in the market - announces Fernando Rodrigues as the broker's New Business Director. Fernandes will work in the São Paulo office and arrives to develop a board focused on new businesses and relationships with the domestic and foreign markets.
"Ativa is experiencing a moment of growth and my arrival seals another investment to be among the major players in the market. This spirit of construction, entrepreneurship and belonging challenges me to seek even greater results for the company", says the director.
The new director emphasizes that his mission is to bring Ativa closer and closer to agrotechs, companies that promote the digital revolution in agribusiness. “In addition, I come to add my experience in the market and establish partnerships with foreign institutions, to provide new investment options for the brokerage’s clients. Investments in crypto assets and crowdfunding initiatives will also be on my radar", he adds.
Fernando has a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Economics and Logistics Management. He has worked in the financial market since 2002, having worked at Banco Votorantim and XP Investimentos, having worked at the latter as a partner and Head of Commodities. He is also one of the hosts of the podcast "Rural Ventures" and an angel investor in agribusiness startups.
