As a result of this movement, Agrotools announces another 30 vacancies in different positions and areas of specialty. Initiatives during the pandemic and young leadership
Certified in 2020 by Great Place to Work e B Corp, Agrotools has its people as a central pillar, always working for the safety and well-being of its entire team. Since the transition to home office, the company has provided all the necessary support within the limitations of each of its more than 100 employees. AgTech adopted strategies to maintain unity and well-being, such as providing yoga and meditation classes, psychologists and materials for adapting the workplace at home, in addition to happy hours virtual campaigns and innovation campaigns.
Furthermore, the company is betting on young talents to continue growing with its DNA linked to innovation and boldness. Today, 41% of the company's leaders are under 35 years old. "We must encourage young people to work by taking risks without losing precision and the search for results. Previous generations of the company's leadership must support this new culture, and be included in it, that is, learn and put into practice this young mindset, which breaks several paradigms", concludes the CEO of Agrotools.
