Basf presents portfolio of connected offers at Show Rural Coopavel
Company offers solutions in seeds, pesticides and digital agriculture for efficient crop management
Paraná is one of the main grain producers in Brazil and, despite the climatic difficulties of recent months, the estimate is that producers in the state will harvest more than 22 million tons of grains, according to the Department of Rural Economy (Deral), of the State Department of Agriculture and Supply. To help them ensure productivity and efficiency in their harvests, Case IH, a CNH Industrial brand, is taking its latest line of grain harvesters, the Axial-Flow Series 2022, to the 150 Rural Coopavel Show.
Available in models 4150, 5150, 6150 and 7150, it is suitable for all profiles of producers who, day in and day out, seek to increase the professionalism of their businesses. The 150 Series meets the demands of the field with technologies that were previously available on Case IH's larger harvester models, with emphasis on the 4-speed transmission with electronic drive, which guarantees more agility and comfort, as well as greater nighttime visibility, with options from 4 to 6 LED lamps, and greater robustness thanks to the class 9 front axle, guaranteeing load capacity and longer useful life.
With more comfort and simplicity, the new cabin improves the interface between operator and machine with the new arrangement of controls on the new console and joystick – a control that facilitates the entire operation of the machine. The new pivoting tip of the tube eliminates grain losses during the unloading process with better grain direction, more safety and greater agility.
The quality of the harvest and grains is in Case IH's DNA. Therefore, the brand has maintained fundamental items, including: the renowned threshing and separation system with AFS and Small Tube rotors; the exclusive transition cone, which transfers the grains smoothly, without the need to use a beater and without additional power demand.
“Case IH has revolutionized agriculture since the first Axial-Flow. And all the launches that came after continue with the objective of increasing harvesting capacity with investment in new technologies to guarantee productivity, greater availability at low cost and higher quality in any condition”, comments André Peres, Marketing Manager of Case IH product.
In addition to the most current machines and services, anyone who goes to the Rural Coopavel Show will also be able to check out the Caracol 2010 platforms. Available in 20 and 25 feet, it is ideal for working together with the rice harvesting versions of the Axial-Flow grain harvesters. The operation achieves a constant feed flow and extracts maximum harvester capacity with low maintenance costs.
In addition to this version, it will also be possible to discover the Draper TerraFlex 4F platform. The latest generation has evolved to improve product availability, with the renowned Flex system, which offers the best soil copy. The Draper model provides a cut close to the ground, copying each microrelief of the crop.
