While in Brazil wheat prices registered different movements among the regions monitored by Cepea, in the foreign market, prices continue to fall. In both the United States and Argentina, the downward movement is due to the need for lower values so that the product becomes more competitive on the international market.

In spot terms, in turn, losses caused by frost in the current season have left some producers consulted by Cepea cautious about pricing remaining lots of grain. As for derivatives, for flour, food industries are retracted, waiting for greater consumption, without the need to return to the market and rebuild part of their stocks. For wheat bran, the scenario is one of slight appreciation.
