Vittia launches Tricho-Turbo OD against Macrophomina phaseolina

Vittia informed about the launch of fungicide Tricho-Turbo OD, developed from the strain Trichoderma asperellum BVF24. The product provides control of gray stem rot, caused by the fungus Macrophomina phaseolina, in different cultures.

According to the company, the pesticide acts preventively and can be applied directly to the straw, preventing the disease from establishing itself in the soil. It can also be used as a seed treatment, in the planting furrow, and by spraying, increasing management flexibility.

The liquid formulation in oil dispersion (OD) protects the microorganism's spores, ensuring greater virulence in the field. In addition to its action against the pathogen, Tricho-Turbo OD promotes plant development, promoting greater vigor and productivity.
