CESB advises soybean farmers to be concerned about seed quality
It is important that the producer carries out seedbed tests when he receives the seed on his farm to assess the level of emergence of each batch.
With high investment in research and innovation, Vittia, an inoculant company, is launching a product capable of increasing the productivity of Brazilian crops through better use of soil nutrients. It is Meli-X Turbo, a biological nutrient extractor with 100% national technology that acts directly on root growth, favoring the absorption of water and nutrients by the plant.
The product does not pose any risks to the environment, as it belongs to the category of agricultural bio-inputs, which is based on sustainability. This category is part of the eight megatrends highlighted by Embrapa for the future of Brazilian agribusiness over the next 20 years, requiring greater investments in this sector.
According to a survey carried out by BIP (Business Inteligence Panel), from the Spark Intelligence Strategic consultancy, in the 2020/2021 harvest alone, bioinputs generated around R$ 1,7 billion, which corresponds to an increase of 37% compared to the previous one .
Vittia's biological nutrient extractor acts simultaneously to solubilize nutrients and promote plant growth, mainly contributing to the increase in root volume. These effects enhance the use of nutritional resources present in the organic and mineral fraction of the soil, as well as those provided via fertilizers.
Meli-X Turbo has microorganisms that stand out for their ability to make nutrients available to plants, especially phosphorus, which has low availability in Brazilian soils. In this sense, the use of Meli-X Turbo represents an important strategy to improve the use of nutrients by plants and can guarantee greater crop yields.
