Valtra participates in the VIII Encontro da Cana Substantivo Feminino, which takes place on March 21st, at the IAC Sugarcane Center, in Ribeirão Preto (SP). The event was created to discuss actions that aim to increase the female presence in the sugarcane agroindustry and also to open space for women to share their experiences and suggest solutions for the sustainable development of the sector.

Valtra will be present in the debate “Women dominate the machines”, through the participation of Roseane Campos, director of New Products Introduction AGCO South America. In the chat, Roseane will highlight points such as technology in the production of machines and the technology embedded in products as a differentiator and the exponential and growing presence of women in the agricultural machinery business chain.

In its eighth edition, the Encontro Cana Substantivo Feminino is expected to be attended by more than 300 professionals. The event is already a tradition in the sugar-energy sector, with the participation of professionals such as plant owners, directors, superintendents, managers, coordinators, administrators in general, engineers, social workers, psychologists, researchers, teachers, journalists, economists, rural producers, students, agricultural machinery operators and sugar cane harvesters.

In addition to the chat, Valtra will offer the audience at the VIII Encontro da Cana Substantivo Feminino the opportunity to learn more about the technology and comfort of the T CVT 250 and A750F series tractors, in partnership with the Coopercitrus dealership.

The T CVT series is Valtra's premium model of heavy-duty machines, and stands out for its relationship between power and transmission, with maximized performance for long days in the field. The tractors have a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) gearbox, which is easy to operate and free from operational failures. This way, the tractor requires little training time for the operator, increasing productivity in the field. Furthermore, with the “infinite” number of gears, the transmission with Power Control management operates more intelligently, reducing fuel consumption and maintaining working power.

The A750F is part of Valtra's family of narrow tractors, the Fruteiro A Series. Developed for use in areas that need a versatile and compact machine, the models were developed to meet all the needs of rural people for the cultivation of orchards and coffee plantations. The new Series A Fruteiro came to change the concept of narrow tractors, combining high specification, high performance and operational comfort. Efficiency and versatility are outstanding features of this new line.
