Basf presents portfolio of connected offers at Show Rural Coopavel
Company offers solutions in seeds, pesticides and digital agriculture for efficient crop management
Valtra takes to the Coopavel Rural Show its solutions for increasing productivity and profitability in farming, with less environmental impact. With solutions for the entire production cycle, Valtra positions itself as a farmer's partner. The Momentum Planter has the smallest transport size (only 3,6 meters wide), the BS2225H Sprayer, has autonomy up to 235% greater than the competition. Farmers will also be able to see tractors from Valtra, such as, for example, the A2R line and the T Series CVT.
The machine opens a new segment in the market, with versatility, maximum efficiency and economy. It has an agile transport system, as it is foldable, reducing its size of 3,6 meters in just 1 and a half minutes. Furthermore, it has a SmartFrame system, the implement has optimized performance by automatically maintaining the lines in the best working position, regardless of the terrain.
Precision in the distribution of seeds and fertilizers is guaranteed by Precision Planting technology, which comes standard. The set of solutions that delivers more accurate planting and seed savings of around R$50 per soybean harvest. The vSet2 doser works with 99% singulation, the best dosage on the market. vDrive precisely controls seed population, compensating for planting around curves and shutting down rows. Furthermore, the 20|20 Gen3 monitor allows monitoring and control of planting in an intuitive and easy-to-configure environment. For the distribution of fertilizers, Momentum also innovates, presenting a fully pneumatic system that guides the fertilizer to the planting line with a maximum variation of 10% between lines.
The new generation of the BS2225H Sprayer comes with a new AGCO Power engine, delivering more power (from 170 hp to 174 hp) and more diesel economy (16% in savings compared to the previous generation). The transmission was updated with new sets of reducers delivering an even greater ramp capacity (from 30% to 32%), excellent spraying performance, even on the most difficult terrain.
Its diesel tank, combined with low consumption of 10,5 liters per hour, provides rural producers with autonomy up to 237% greater than competitors. As an option in this model, Valtra offers the boom leveling system, where the system automatically positions the boom at the ideal spraying height, ensuring that the applied product reaches the target correctly. In tests developed by the Valtra team, and presented at Valtras Experiences, a return of 2 more bags per hectare was proven in tests with the technology.
The T Series CVT has models with 195 horsepower (T195 CVT), 210 horsepower (T210 CVT), 230 horsepower (T230 CVT) and 250 horsepower (T250 CVT), with the best relationship of technology and performance, in addition to operational comfort and innovation . All are equipped with a 6-cylinder AGCO Power electronic engine, with high torque at low speeds and lower fuel consumption. The combination between the CVT transmission and the AGCO Power Engine guarantees maximum efficiency in carrying out tasks as it makes it possible to perform maneuvers more quickly and precisely, in addition to increasing rotation while maintaining a constant speed.
The series features cabins and platforms with levers and buttons in ergonomic positions that guarantee comfort and efficiency of operation. Additionally, two rear lights assist operators when working at night. The tractors are equipped with the AGCO Power 3-cylinder engine with iEGR technology (Internal Exhaust Gas Recirculation, in English), providing savings of 10% in fuel.
