UPL will highlight the importance of the OpenAg concept to create an open innovation network for the benefit of agriculture, at the IX Congress of the National Association of Agricultural and Veterinary Input Distributors (Andav), between the 12th and 14th of August, in São Paulo.

“As an OpenAg company, we are open to collaborative, more agile and integrated agriculture, to innovation and the search for new solutions and technologies, such as the combination of chemicals and biologicals and new digital frontiers”, says the marketing director at UPL in Brazil , Marcelo Zanchi.

UPL's philosophy is supported by the growing volume of solutions offered by the company. There are more than 100 products, forming one of the most robust portfolios in the global agricultural market, following the acquisition of Arysta LifeScience. “This integration allows us to enhance the partnership with rural producers and input distributors in Brazil, UPL’s largest market in the world”, says Zanchi.

The focus of UPL's new strategies is reinforced at the Andav Congress: contributing to the sustainable growth of food production, with high productivity, safety and quality. In this sense, UPL is also a reference in plant health, with the exclusive Pronutiva program, which combines crop protection with biosolutions.

The IX Andav Congress – Forum & Exhibition (12 to 14 August 2019) takes place at the Transamérica Expo Center (Avenida Doutor Mário Villas Boas Rodrigues, 387 – São Paulo/SP)
