Unesp offers postdoctoral scholarship in agricultural sciences

O Plant Health Engineering Research Center in Sugarcane Registration is open until April 30, 2020 for a postdoctoral position with a scholarship, in the area of ​​administration and agricultural sciences.

The center is one of the Engineering Research Centers (CPE) supported by FAPESP. The CPE Plant Health in Sugarcane is co-financed by the São Martinho plant and is based at the Faculty of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences of the Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), in Jaboticabal (SP).

The fellow will carry out applied research in the area of ​​research center management focusing on: organizational models, performance evaluation and measurement, project management and economic evaluation of research impacts.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting administrative activities and processes in coordination with the institutions involved and under the supervision of executive coordination.

The value of the scholarship is R$7.373,10, lasting one year and subject to renewal.

The candidate must have a doctorate in the field of administration (public or business) or agricultural sciences. He must demonstrate training in the area of ​​management and academic or business experience in conducting interdisciplinary research projects involving administration and agricultural sciences.

Furthermore, it is relevant to have experience with publications in scientific journals indexed with peer review, especially when arising from research involving interdisciplinary themes between the areas of administration and agricultural sciences.

The selection process will consist of analyzing the required documents and interviewing candidates carried out by CPE researchers.
