With the aim of proposing reinvention in the countryside with new management and administration techniques, with technologies, new products, machines and different thoughts, the Coopavel Rural Show reaches its 32nd edition completely renewed and with many new features. The event, which takes place from the 3rd to the 7th of February, in Cascavel (PR), will bring together the largest companies in the sector in one place to bring to producers the most modern, efficient and sustainable products on the market in terms of inputs, equipment and especially technologies. .

One of the highlights of the fair will be Ubyfol, a Brazilian multinational that develops products with macro and micronutrients for all agricultural crops. “The Coopavel Rural Show is considered the largest agribusiness fair in Latin America and the third in the world. It is without a doubt one of the biggest events for transmitting new knowledge. For Ubyfol, it is the ideal opportunity to present innovations and technologies that make rural activity even healthier and more profitable, with the use of coating solutions for industry and complementary nutrition via leaves, which provide the production of large harvests”, highlights João Alves Silva, manager of the technical market department.

For the event, one of Ubyfol's highlights for local producers will be Disperse Ultra. The product is a high performance water-based adjuvant. Composed of molecules of organic and biodegradable origin, it has a high affinity for water and the plant cuticle. It guarantees maximum use of nutrients and pesticides in agricultural spraying, through spreading, adhesive, surfactant, anti-drift, penetrating and humectant actions, in addition to acting as a foam reducer. Ideal for applications of mixtures between agrochemicals, suitable for all crops.

According to Silva, in addition to minimizing losses due to drift and having good spreadability, foam reduction is essential. “Today, due to the countless products that are added to spray mixtures, foam formation has become a major problem. Adjuvants that have the characteristic of reducing or preventing the formation of foam are well accepted”, says the professional.

The company will also highlight the Potamol rooter. The fertilizer is ideal for the first stages of farming, suitable for applications via seeds, billets, stalks, tubers, seedlings and for foliar applications at the beginning of the plant cycle. Its formula contains a high concentration of potassium molybdate - an ideal source of molybdenum, with rapid absorption and low salt content.

According to the technical manager, in this way, Potamol makes it possible to incorporate nitrogen into plant metabolism in the initial stages of development, in addition to intensifying root formation. “The adoption of this class of products is increasing. Stimulating the development of the root system provides greater tolerance to the stresses that the environment can provide, especially water deficit”, highlights Silva.

Ubyfol's news doesn't stop there, the company will also make available new solutions from the coating line – Ubycover. It is equipped with exclusive Tetraheptose technology, capable of altering the plant's behavior, guiding its metabolism to maximize nutrient absorption. “This technology enhances the effects of plant nutrition, in addition to also acting as a chelator. This is certainly an excellent ally, which differentiates and adds value to fertilizers and correctives”, explains Vinícius Tizzo, market development coordinator for the Ubycover line.

Force from the South of the Country

According to CONAB, during the 2018/2019 harvest, soybean production in Paraná presented results of around 16 million tons. The State is responsible for 5,4 million hectares of planted area, which yields an average of 2,9 kg/ha of productivity.

According to Wilton Renesto – Regional Manager at Ubyfol, the southern region of Brazil is the second largest grain producer, and being present in this market means ensuring that the company's portfolio can contribute to increasing productivity in the thousands of producers who, each They are increasingly looking to plant nutrition as an efficient way to boost their income. “This region represents around 10% of Ubyfol's business and the strengthening of local strategies will certainly increase our participation in this important market”, he highlights.

With an eye on this market, in 2019 Ubyfol structured two regional teams (Paraná and Santa Catarina) to provide the necessary service to the Southern States. “The expansion in these regions will happen through partnerships with new distributors and a capillarity that reaches a number much larger number of producers who believe in the technology and agronomic efficiency of the Ubyfol portfolio”, concludes Renesto.
