Ubyfol, a Brazilian multinational reference in plant nutrition, announces the launch of Allas Soluções Logísticas, a logistics operator that will act as the company's arm in the storage, transportation, tracking and management and consultancy of cargo projects with the entire customer service journey . With an initial investment of R$3,5 million, the new operation should close the year with revenue of R$20 million and reach, by 2026, revenue of R$100 million.
The result of an in-depth logistical, tax and economic study within Ubyfol, Allas appears supported by extensive knowledge about ISOs and other regulations in the segment, and reaches the market offering complete management for the entire supply chain, with the mission of providing solutions innovative and efficient services to its customers.
"Allas' main differentiator is its management model as it was born with a robust standard in this sense and a great strategic knowledge of the market, supported by the experience of one of the main plant nutrition companies in Brazil", highlights Fabrício Simões, president of the Ubyfol Group.
The executive emphasizes that expansion plans for other markets will follow a natural process of maturity for the Group. Currently, Allas is responsible for all inventory management and delivery of Ubyfol products, and the expectation is to end 2021 with 80% of business coming from services provided to the company. Furthermore, the goal for 2022 is to expand the commercial base and reach 50% of revenue obtained through contracts with new clients, diversifying and expanding its operations to other segments of interest, such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
Allas already operates with twice the team initially hired and the first results inspire confidence. "We are optimistic about Allas' projections, which should close the year representing 5% of the Group's revenue, and we hope to reach 10% in 2022", celebrates Fabrício.
