Superbac starts the year with a strong presence at agricultural events
This January alone, the brand will take its fertilizers to seven events including fairs, field days and member meetings in São Paulo, Paraná and Mato Grosso do Sul
Tropical Melhoramento e Genética (TMG) has also started the event season in states that grow grains and is participating in three major fairs this week and next. Participants at Superagro, in Londrina-PR, Safratec, in Floresta-PR, and Showtec, in Maracaju-MS, will learn about the launches of the company's soybean portfolio, solutions to serve different regions of the country with common characteristics.
Launches of the 2019/2020 harvest, the agricultural plots of the events include the soybean cultivars TMG 2165IPRO and TMG 2375IPRO, options for lower and hotter regions, such as the north of Paraná, where two of the first three fairs take place. “They are rustic and have a good capacity to withstand water stress”, highlights Douglas Andrade, Technical Commercial Representative in the region. Both with a high production ceiling, are recommended for early planting and allow second harvest corn.
Only at Superagro, TMG 2364IPRO is also being launched, a cultivar with a high production ceiling, tolerant to lodging, with resistance to Phytophthora, planting width and with a cycle that allows second-crop corn. “A mid-late cycle cultivar with a focus on rusticity”, points out Rogério Medeiros, TMG Licensee Representative
The region where Safratec takes place, close to Maringá-PR, has soils with high clay content and high temperatures, meaning the TMG 2165IPRO and TMG 2375IPRO launches become options for farmers.
In addition to the new features, the already consolidated soybean cultivars TMG 7061IPRO, TMG 7062IPRO, TMG 7067IPRO and TMG 7063IPRO are highlights. “The TMG 7063IPRO has strong points for the northern region of PR, such as the planting width, it adapts well to the opening, middle and end of crop establishment; It is also recognized for bringing security to the producer due to the presence of the renowned Inox Technology, resistant to soybean rust”, explains Rogério.
In the TMG area at Showtec, the largest agricultural fair in Mato Grosso do Sul and one of the largest in the country, visitors can discover the launches mentioned and check out the other soybean cultivars recommended for the state, in addition to TMG cotton, with two cultivars exposed, the TMG 44B2RF and the TMG 61R
Crops in Mato Grosso do Sul also face dry spells and high temperatures, so the state's crops now have more options from TMG with cultivars that have rusticity and a different ability to withstand water stress.
From January 28th, the company will also be present at BelaSafra, in Cambé-PR, and at the Agro Ferrari no Campo event, in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo-SP.
