TMG - Tropical Improvement & Genetics starts tomorrow Conecta 2025, a series of events in the states of Paraná, Goiás, Mato Grosso and Rio Grande do Sul. The objective is to present rural producers with innovations in soybean cultivars that aim to increase crop profitability.
During the meetings, company experts will present cultivars that pay homage to trees native to Brazil.
The new varieties were developed to meet regional demands, such as resistance to pests, diseases and adverse weather conditions.
The genetic materials present characteristics such as high performance, leaf health, resistance to lodging and drought tolerance.
According to Patrick Santos, product development consultant at TMG, cultivars offer greater flexibility in crop planning and management.
"These are attributes that guarantee greater safety and contribute to increasing production potential even in adverse conditions," he states.
He highlights that the company invests annually in genetic improvement to expand the positive results of national agribusiness.
Rodrigo Tramontina, agricultural engineer and president of AssoSoja, highlights the relevance of the event for farmers.
"We look for objective information on soil management, biology, genetics, market and climate. When reputable companies present this data, we have a high level of reliability," he comments.
He reinforces that events like Conecta 2025 are essential for decision-making in the field.
Conecta 2025 will take place in four cities:
