Titan and CNH announce supply agreement

Titan International and CNH Industrial have entered into a three-year agreement to supply agricultural wheels and tires manufactured by Titan in North America, South America and Europe to CNH Industrial. The value of the contract, considering today's dollar exchange rate and current raw material price levels, should reach approximately US$400 million.
