TerraMagna has just carried out its first fertilizer operation in partnership with Autem Trade Company, a company that has a specific arm for importing and distributing fertilizers in the Brazilian market.
“The partnership with TerraMagna allows us to go further; Aligned with our mission to always do better, this relationship allows us to provide inputs to customers when they need them most and enable payment that is appropriate to the agribusiness financial flow. With an agile process focused on the specificities of each client, TerraMagna has become a strategic partner for our company”, explains Davi Alvim, director of Autem.
The negotiation is part of the TerraMagna National Fertilizer Program, which reaches a new level with the financing of fertilizers from ports. The program, launched this year, provides R$500 million in credit for agribusiness.
The operation consisted of purchasing fresh urea and potassium chloride imported from Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The value of the operation and the quantity of imported fertilizers were not disclosed for strategic business reasons.
Interested industries and distributors can purchase inputs directly at the ports using TerraMagna's credit lines.
“TerraMagna has been growing with its continuous focus on helping clients overcome obstacles in the search for more results in their businesses. Now, customers can purchase inputs with quality and favorable prices through the extension of financing for imported fertilizers available at the port. Customer challenges are our challenges to grow in a sustainable way, with increased sales, more profit and with mitigated risk”, says David Télio, commercial director at TerraMagna.
