A major concern is the occurrence of accidents during the transport of production, as trucks leave the field very loaded and heavy, which increases the chances of tipping over.

To avoid accidents, the use of telemetry is essential to monitor the operation from beginning to end, through solutions installed on the vehicles' CAN bus and which extract valuable information about the driver's driving: sudden braking and acceleration, sharp curves, idling excessive, green band, rotation, speed, toothless, average fuel consumption, compressor use, oil pressure and coolant temperature.

Therefore, if there is any change in these parameters, audible alerts are emitted in the cabin so that the driver immediately returns to appropriate behavior. For this to happen, customized patterns are created according to electronic fences embedded in the operation. As an example, it is possible to establish a parameterization rule where the maximum speed allowed on a roundabout must always be 15km/h; If the driver overtakes, a signal is issued in the cabin, giving it 10 seconds to return to normal and, if this does not happen, the infraction will be recorded in a report.

Solutions

Among the solutions, Premium Telemetry associated with MiX Smart Spoken Rotograma stands out. With this combination of solutions, it is possible to increase the fleet's safety level through direct communication with the vehicle driver via voice, alerting them to the risks of a specific route.

Aiming to further reinforce operational safety, there is MiX Vision, a solution that combines video, vehicle and driver data for use in incident analysis, insurance claims and driver health initiatives.

A good option for drivers to self-manage their driving is the MyMiX application, transforming their daily assessment into a routine of constant improvement, enabling comparison with other drivers in the fleet.
