New Holland announced the start of sales of the T7.270 Methane Power tractor, with deliveries scheduled for spring 2026 in Europe. This new product expands the brand's line of alternative fuel-powered equipment.

The model uses compressed natural gas (CNG) and offers up to 270 horsepower. The machine is designed for biodigester operators and large agricultural properties that demand high performance year-round.

The 6.7-liter six-cylinder NEF engine features a high-performance turbocharger, a new fuel system, and improved mapping. Maximum torque reaches 1.160 Nm. Maintenance is required every 750 hours.

The range reaches 11 hours in transit with the additional tank, totaling 1.106 liters of gas storage. Fast refueling occurs with an NGV2 valve, similar to diesel.

The Auto Command transmission provides smooth driving and efficient fuel consumption, even with trailers weighing over 18 tons. The new T7's larger chassis allows for increased onboard gas capacity.

The Horizon Ultra cab operates at just 66 decibels. The IntelliView 12 system in the SideWinder armrest and full TIM compatibility make it easy to control implements.

PLM Intelligence connectivity enables data exchange between the tractor and the FieldOps portal. Managers can monitor the fleet remotely. Authorized dealers can provide remote support.

The tractor can run on biomethane generated from animal waste. In partnership with Bennamann, New Holland offers solutions for capturing and refining the gas, reducing emissions and fertilizer use. The system can generate negative emissions.

The launch version features Blue Power paint and expands access to the brand's clean technology, which already equips other models such as the T6.180 Methane Power.
