After two years of interruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Syngenta will once again participate in person at Expodireto Cotrijal, one of the largest international agribusiness fairs, which will be held between the 7th and 11th of March. During the meeting, the company will present agriculture 4.0 solutions, strategic partnerships and a range of innovative crop protection technologies. In addition, it will bring together experts to discuss various agribusiness issues.

One of Syngenta's main purposes at the event is to interact with the public in a disruptive way, getting even closer to the producer, strengthening partnerships and fostering strategic connections. “For our return to Expodireto, we will explore an innovative format of interaction, which will be reflected in the stand and in activities with participants. Furthermore, through Espaço Mais Agro, we will organize lectures with those who understand agribusiness in depth. There will also be interactions for producers to acquire points and have access to exclusive benefits in our Acessa Agro points program”, highlights André Savino, Head of Marketing at Syngenta Protection de Cultivos.

Digital Solutions

Syngenta Digital will make available to all interested producers a personalized report on their farm, with NDVI analysis, which indicates the agricultural conditions of the plantation according to images generated by remote sensors. This way, the farmer will have a taste of the power and effectiveness that digital transformations have on the field.

Furthermore, the company will demonstrate how its main digital platform, Cropwise, works in practice: its products allow rapid management of the operation and end-to-end monitoring of the crop. The technology generates maps, graphs and analyzes from monitoring information, offering insights for actions quickly and accurately, reducing the risk of crop loss and productivity.

Partnership with John Deere

In line with the precepts of connection with the chains and main players in agriculture, the producer will be able to view John Deere machinery at the Syngenta stand, as well as learn about the technological synergies between the companies. One of the examples of these interactions is at Syngenta Digital, which has solutions integrated with the John Deere Operations Center, facilitating the management and exchange of information on equipment in the field.

Furthermore, John Deere experts will participate in lectures promoted by Syngenta at Espaço Mais Agro – see below.

More Agro Space

In addition to technologies, partnerships and solutions, Syngenta will promote the Mais Agro Space, through which it will host lectures with experts from different spheres of the agro universe. Furthermore, those who were unable to attend the fair in person will be able to access the content live via Syngenta's YouTube channel.
