FPT Industrial brings biomethane energy generator to FIEE Smart Future
Concept symbolizes energy transformation, reinforcing the CNH Industrial brand's commitment to using alternative fuels and preserving the environment
On the 17th and 18th of July, the PACES extension group, from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (Esalq/USP), promoted the II High Productivity Soy Paths Symposium in Piracicaba (SP).
The initiative was attended by more than 650 people, including producers, technicians, researchers and students from 14 states in Brazil and Argentina. The scope of the personnel present totaled 2 million hectares cultivated with soybeans.
According to the organization of the event, the Symposium brought together researchers and consultants who contributed to important topics for the construction of high-productivity crops, such as managing stress in crops, biostimulants, nutrition, managing the physical and biological quality of the soil, seed quality, different methods of recommending nutrition, genetics, pests and soil diseases, precision agriculture, directed traffic and the report of the crop that is the champion of productivity for this harvest.
Henry Sato, postgraduate student at Esalq and one of the organizers of the event, reinforced that the resources generated by the symposium will be invested in research by Paces, department of Plant Production and Economics, Administration and Sociology. “The proposal is to contribute to the frontier of scientific knowledge in the areas covered within the topics discussed at the symposium. We hope that interested parties follow the work of Paces to stay informed about its work, selection processes and be part of this research and extension group.”
