Marcelo Okamura takes over InpEV
Agronomist was director of research and development for Latin America at FMC
After a year of global restructuring and about to complete 50 years of history in Brazil, Stoller – of nutrition and plant physiology – will have, as of April, a new executive director. “The decision strengthens this relationship and prepares the company for the new cycle that is under construction”, says Tiago Gontijo, regional vice-president LATAM.
With 15 years of experience, the new executive director of Stoller do Brasil, Sebastião Ferraz Ribeiro Filho, began his career in 2008, as RTV, passing through regional and business unit management, continuing as commercial director and, in the last year, as marketing director.
"Being at the head of a company where I started my professional career more than a decade ago, with converging personal and professional values, is a huge satisfaction. With this new challenge, we once again align with the purpose of being increasingly involved in delivering positive results for the entire production chain, always focusing on proximity to the producer", analyzes Sebastião.
The position of executive director reports directly to the LATAM regional vice president. "Having Tião, as we call him, leading this new phase is a source of great joy for all of us! It strengthens the conviction that we will continue to promote synergy between the different subsidiaries of the Stoller Group, between the different areas of Stoller do Brasil and that we will continue moving forward in the quest to generate more and more value for our customers, as one big team”, says Gontijo.
