With the motto of constant evolution, Stara traditionally offers a complete line of agricultural machinery and technologies to increase productivity in farming. With this in mind, the brand innovated: driven by its DNA, its new product line is the highlight of the 36th edition of the Show Rural Coopavel.
During the fair, which continues until Friday (9), in the city of Cascavel, Paraná, visitors can get to know the best Stara machines and technologies up close, in addition to seeing first-hand the 2024 launches.
Eva planter
Available from 7 to 11 lines, the Eva pneumatic planter combines technology, precision and efficiency in planting. Recommended for growing corn, soybeans, beans, millet, cotton and sorghum, Eva is robust and easy to maintain, guaranteeing zero lubrication during planting. With a rigid chassis, it has suspended reservoirs for seeds and fertilizers, as well as two control versions.
Smartphone version
In the version controlled via mobile device via Bluetooth, it is possible to calibrate the machine via the app itself in less than 10 minutes. The service has benefits such as instant seed and fertilizer adjustments, allows you to save up to 5 fertilizer calibrations, displays vacuum pressure and alerts on the cell phone screen, has manual control of fertilizer sections and seed lines and displays the monitor of seeds row by row.
Topper 5500
The version controlled by the Topper has some conveniences: Stara Telemetry, Connect, Syncro, Line to Line Shutdown, Zero Kneading, Control, Curve Compensation, vacuum pressure and alerts on the Topper screen and instant adjustments of seeds and fertilizers allowing variable rate .
One of Stara's major launches, the DPS-E is also present in the Eva. With unique distribution and ease of maintenance, the Stara seed meter promises even more precise planting. With 7 double seed elimination points, in addition to the already established variable rate distribution, the DPS-E has an electric motor, thus allowing compensation on curves.
Furthermore, it is easy to maintain, as the seed and fertilizer line bearings are shielded. Furthermore, the machine has an adjustable knife to protect the piece from structural damage caused by stones.
Emperor 2500
The technology and innovation of the Imperador self-propelled sprayer line are present in the Imperador 2500, which with central bars and a 2500-liter spray tank offers high productivity and excellent operational performance. The Imperador 2500 has a 213 hp Cummins electronic turbo intercooled engine, which combined with a hydro-electronic transmission, delivers the highest power and traction power in the category.
With central bars of 30 meters, the Imperador 2500 stands out for presenting the best bar stability, ensuring more product on target. The wheel opening is hydraulic, ranging from 2,60 to 3,20 meters.
A major differentiator of the Imperador is the Continuous Recirculating System, an exclusive technology from Stara that keeps the spray solution in constant circulation in the reservoir and pipes, providing homogeneity and exact concentration of the pesticide during application, a cleaner spraying system, without residue from previous applications and greater durability of components.
Intelligent 4-Wheel Turning is another exclusive technology from Stara that is available on the Imperador 2500, which allows it to reduce crushing in the border and maneuvers in the field by up to 45%. In addition, it has a complete technological package that consists of: Topper 5500, Stara Telemetry, TD3 Autopilot, Conecta, Syncro, Weather Station and Stara Spraying App.
Trailer 11000 and 15000
To optimize work in the field and ensure ease and agility in unloading, Stara has developed the new line of Reboke 11000 and 15000 agricultural trailers. The new Rebokes have an unloading tube with a diameter of 340mm and a unloading capacity of up to 2500 kg /min ensuring greater agility and speed in unloading grains.
Furthermore, they are made of carbon steel, located on the front, providing the operator with better viewing during unloading. It also has a hydraulic drive for opening and closing the discharge pipe gate.
Rebokes 11000 and 15000 have a fixed nozzle with a canvas ensuring efficiency during unloading. Another distinguishing feature of Rebokes is their transport, which has a transport width of 3,20 m, with the rims inverted, facilitating the movement of the machine in different areas.
Twister 1500
The new Twister 1500 is a double disc hydraulic spreader for granular fertilizers and fine seeds. It allows the producer to work with distribution at a fixed or variable rate, according to the needs of the area, optimizing the use of inputs.
Available in three versions, Twister promises more uniformity and precision in distribution. In the Fixed Rate version, the adjustments do not vary and the opening and closing of the gates are carried out using the tractor's hydraulic control.
The Manual Rate Variation version, which is controlled via smartphone, has rate compensation and can vary the application speed, in addition to adjusting the rate manually. In the Variable Rate version, the rate is varied automatically using the Topper 5500L.
The discs are made of stainless steel and have a reed adjustment system, providing an application range of 18 to 36 meters, depending on the density of the product.
In addition to all the new features that Stara has prepared, visitors can see up close the Estrela planter, the Imperador 3.0, the only 3-in-1 self-propelled machine in the world, the Hércules 6.0, the Imperador 4000, the Princess, among other Stara machines.
