Staphyt, French regulatory services and research consultancy company development, concluded the acquisition of the company PHYTUS, the largest consultancy and services company in the research area and development of products from Brazil.
THE PHYTUS now joins the Staphyt Brasil structure, which now offers 3 research strategically located in 3 important regions for the area of Research and Development (Rio Grande do Sul, Goiás and São Paulo).
According to Luiz Antônio José, Business Director from Staphyt for Brazil and Latin America, “The Phytus is one of the oldest and most traditional companies in Brazil and has been making a fundamental contribution to Brazilian agribusiness through its founder and CEO, Professor Ricardo Balardin and his entire team of researchers and employees.”
