Corn farmers need more fertilizer annually
Research highlights increased demand due to climate change and productivity
Stara is presenting its main new products in its sprayer line during Expodireto Cotrijal 2025. Among the highlights is the partnership with ONE Smart Spray, a joint venture between Bosch and BASF. The result is the Eco Spray system, present in the Imperador 3000 and 4000 models. The technology allows selective spraying. The application of pesticides occurs only in areas with weeds.
In addition to increased efficiency, Stara sprayers promise savings in the use of pesticides. The Imperador 3.0 stands out for its multifunctionality. The machine is the only self-propelled machine in the world that integrates spraying, distribution and pneumatic seeding.
Another machine highlighted by the company is the Imperador 2500. This model has greater autonomy and load capacity. The promise is superior operational performance in crops.
The Imperador 2000 PV is also present at the event. The machine stands out for its pneumatic seeding system integrated into the spray bar. The equipment plants using the same track as in previous operations. The result is a significant reduction in operating time. The savings in fuel consumption and the reduction in losses due to crushing are also advantages highlighted by the manufacturer.
