During Expodireto Cotrijal 2023, Valtra presents new sprayers developed for medium and large rural producers, with a main focus on the application of pesticides in soybean, corn, wheat, cotton and sugarcane crops. They are available in versions R530 and R535, both with bars of up to 36 meters. In the video above, Jefferson Kloh, commercial coordinator at Valta, presents the sprayers.

The onboard technology features a flow controller with nine pneumatic sections or 36 sections with electronic control, which provide greater efficiency in the application, distribution and deposition of drops, enabling savings of up to 73% in pesticides with overlapping borders.

Using the digital side fueling panel, the new line makes it possible to control the volume loaded in the tank, 3,5 thousand liters in the R535 model and 3 thousand liters in the R530 model, and monitor the actual reading of the machines' reservoir. The product recovery system reduces pesticide waste by up to 89% during operation. The cabin has a larger glass area, ergonomically arranged controls and a new integrated Arm Rest. Aspects that contribute to the productivity and quality of the operator’s work.

The AGCO Power engine meets the MAR-1 pollutant emission standard; while the independent hydro-electronic AWD transmission, with automatic rotation control, guarantees savings of 15% in fuel and greater ramp capacity, which reaches 36%. The transmission also allows the operator to maintain a constant speed, with a better quality of pesticide application, without there being sudden variations in speed.

Other new features are the product recirculation system in the bar, front and side refilling, and the Weather Station (optional item), which will assist the operator in making decisions based on the correct monitoring of environmental conditions during application.
