Biotrigo and Basf launched the TBIO Capricho CL wheat cultivar at the Rural Coopavel Show, the first in Brazil with Clearfield technology. The material is tolerant to the post-emergent herbicide Raptor, from the imidazolinone chemical group, which facilitates the control of weeds such as ryegrass and oats.

The Clearfield system reaches wheat after more than a decade of use in rice cultivation. You can find more details in the interview with Basf's South Market Technical Development Manager, Rafael Milleo.
