28.08.2019 | 20:59 (UTC -3)

Valtra will present at Expointer 2019, which takes place in Esteio (RS), from August 24th to September 1st, a series of state-of-the-art equipment. There are machines for different cultivation areas, such as the new tractors from the renowned BH HiTech generation 4 line; the high-power and high-technology tractors of the S4 series; the most versatile fruit tractors on the market, the A3F series; and the sprayer with the best spray bar on the market, the BS3330H. A highlight of the 2019 fair circuit, the Momentum folding planter can also be seen at the Assis Brasil Exhibition Park, as well as a demonstration of all agronomic solutions from the Farm Solutions initiative.

“We have been working increasingly hard to offer Brazilian farmers not only state-of-the-art machines, but a range of complete results-oriented solutions. Valtra's new equipment, such as the BH HiTech generation 4 line tractors, as well as the digital agriculture offers present in our dealerships, arrive on the market to make rural producers more profitable, helping to boost the growth of agribusiness and , consequently, from Brazil”, comments José Carramate, sales director at Valtra.

BH214 HiTech and BH224 HiTech

Valtraing its loyal audience, Valtra will launch two tractors at Expointer 2019, which complete the BH HiTech generation 4 line: the BH214 HiTech and the BH224 HiTech. With 210 hp and 220 hp, respectively, and a 6-cylinder engine, the new machines combine more power and technology, with the transmission Powershift, and serve different profiles of rural producers.

The BH line is recognized in the market for its leadership in the sugarcane segment, with high performance and the best weight/power ratio in the category. With the BH214 HiTech and BH224 HiTech, the brand offers another excellent option for the grain segment, with even more power and the HiTech3 transmission (HiTech “three”) powershift, which automatically changes speeds within groups, making planting even easier and more profitable.

Another highlight is the electro-hydraulic reverser Power Shuttle, allowing driving directions to be changed using a lever, without the need to activate the clutch. This allows the transition to always be made smoothly, quickly and with protection, in which only below 2 km/h does the system reverse the direction of the machine.

The BH HiTech line is made up of the models BH144 HiTech (145 hp), BH154 HiTech (159 hp) and BH184 HiTech (180 hp), with 4-cylinder engines, and the models BH174 HiTech (179 hp), BH194 HiTech (195 hp ) – and now, the BH214 HiTech (210 hp) and the BH224 HiTech (220 hp) –, with 6-cylinder engines.

The entire series also has programming resources Auto1 and Auto2, which allow automatic gear changing. OAuto1 changes according to the load exerted during operation and the Auto2 performs the change according to engine rotation parameters, pre-determined by the operator. This way, the operation of the machine is safer, with greater performance.

S4 Series

The S294 (295 hp), S324 (325 hp) and S374, with 375 hp, are machines with superior performance that help farmers maximize production and minimize costs. These are the first Valtra tractors in Brazil with the technology SmartTouch, with integrated controls, terminal touch screen with integrated guidance, Isobus etc.

The control system SmartTouch, developed with Finnish engineering from Valtra and German components, has received several awards in Europe, including the Red Dot Award 2017. It combines its comfortable ergonomic features with the latest technology built into tractors, with a monitor touch screen 9-inch, an intelligent steering lever and full control of the tractor's engine and transmission functions.

The powerful 8,4-liter engine uses the latest AGCO Power technology. The S374 model offers 375 hp or, with carry boost and SigmaPower, up to a full 400 hp. Ideal for heavy work, the S374 leaves the factory with an engine approved by Brazilian emissions control legislation (MAR-1).

A3 seriesF

Another Valtra highlight is the new generation of Valtra narrow tractors, the A3F seriesIdeal for growing fruit, this series' main novelty is its version with cabin. The excellent visibility, large internal space, ergonomics, improved air conditioning flow, comfort for long journeys, object holders, cup holders and USB port are features that, together, make the cabin unique in the segment. The A3F series has an AGCO Power Eletrônico engine, approved in accordance with the emission control law (MAR-1). Furthermore, it has an adjustable steering column with height adjustments, which provides more comfort and better ergonomics for the operator.

The TDP clutch's hydraulic drive system, for the platform version, and electro-hydraulic drive, for the cab version, provide farmers with smooth release, avoiding jerks and, consequently, increasing the useful life of the components. The four transmission options, three PTO speed options and two pump flow options with constant flow valve option make the A3F series the most versatile narrow tractors on the market. Furthermore, the new instrument panel shows instant information for the operator, such as fuel consumption, area worked, distance traveled and engine diagnostics.

The A3F series is made up of the models A63F (69 hp), A73F (79 hp), A83F (89 hp) and A93F (99 hp), the latter being the most powerful tractor in the segment, ideal for mountainous areas that require power and strength .

BS3330H sprayer

Valtra's new sprayers offer farmers the best spray bar on the market, bringing more productivity, savings and versatility for different soil conditions and topography. Valtra's new sprayers have a flexible chassis and low operating weight, which benefits work in different soil and topography conditions, and a 200 hp AGCO Power engine, which provides 50% savings in fuel consumption compared to others. competitors in the category.

The BS3330H sprayer has versions with 24 and 30 meter spray booms – the 24 meter boom is factory approved to work at half boom, an ideal function for sugarcane crops. The tank capacity of this model is 3.000 liters.

Momentum Planter

Highly innovative, the Momentum is foldable, measuring just 3,6 meters wide when closed, which makes it easier to transport on roads and makes it the best mobility planter on the market. Furthermore, the equipment has 100% Precision Planting® technology, with a Vset2 seed meter, vDrive row control system and 2020 Seedsense Generation 3 monitor. Momentum comes with versions of 24, 30 and 40 rows at 45cm spacing. The seed box is also one of the largest on the market, with a capacity for 5.130 liters of seeds.

Thanks to ease of transportation and maintenance, Momentum will give farmers the chance to make better use of short planting windows. The implement has only one lubrication point in the entire planter, and all other bushings on the machine are “Infinity”, high resistance and self-lubricating. The bearings are shielded. More suitable for large properties, Momentum can be transported on flatbed trucks just by removing two wheels and two lines from the central support, leaving it just 3 meters wide, which eliminates the need for the use of beaters.
