Between the 7th and 11th of March, GSI Brasil will be present at another important agribusiness fair, Expodireto Cotrijal, in Não-Me-Toque, in Rio Grande do Sul. The company participates by presenting its complete line of production equipment of animal protein and grain storage.
In the storage segment, the brand presents the Block Velox Furnace to serve the entire line of Process Dryer dryers. For poultry and swine farming, under the GSI Agromarau brand, the company takes its latest releases to the fair. Reinforcing its focus on the environment of poultry and pig farms, offering more agility for working in warehouses, it presents the SS+ Drive System. When it comes to thermal comfort for animals, GSI also highlights the 54'' Exhaust Fan and Cooling+.
In pig farming, special attention is paid to feeding, with the Ultra Drop Doser. Pig farmers will also be able to check out the Wean to Finish automatic feeder and the ESF Compident. The poultry farming segment receives a new model of feeder, which serves from the beginning to the end of the batch, the Hi-Lo 3+. In addition to these new features, GSI presents its wide range of equipment for poultry and swine farming, which generates more facilities and benefits for animal protein production systems.

Some details of these latest GSI releases:
- Block Velox Furnace
With an exclusive assembly system – more durable and much faster –, the new equipment was developed to be used in the Process Dryer dryer. It is made of galvanized steel, refractory concrete blocks and aluminosilicate glass fiber. It has greater durability than conventional furnaces, in addition to enabling faster assembly and not requiring civil labor for its construction, in other words, it is an assembled furnace and not built. The only civil work required is the flat base, the same type of structure that supports the dryer, characteristic of GSI equipment. An assembly time is estimated to be at least 60% shorter than a conventionally built furnace.
- SS+ Drive System
The equipment is a technological innovation that, through software developed together with an electronic system, provides total automation of movement control, allowing for greater agility and simplicity in the management of poultry and pig sheds.
- Ultra Drop Dispenser
The product was designed to meet the automatic feeding requirements of female pigs in both gestation and lactation phases. It has a practical adjustment of the feed adjustment and a design that guarantees fixation and maintains precision.
- Hi-Lo 3+ Automatic Feeder
The new model has more resistance, ease of handling, performance and economy, with a feed flow that avoids waste in bird feeding. The equipment offers the possibility of changing the height of the dish in relation to the edge of the feeder (Hi-Lo), serving from the beginning to the end of the batch.
