Between March 11th and 15th, the city of Não-Me-Toque/RS hosts the 20th edition of Expodireto Cotrijal, one of the largest international agribusiness fairs and a national reference in technology and business.

fertilaqua participates in the event with the aim of expanding the relationship with the country's soybean producers, understanding their main challenges and proposing new technologies and solutions that meet their needs in the field.

One of the highlights of the stand will be the presentation of the Building Plants Program – PCP 360, which offers solutions to increase crop development, vigor and productivity, providing producers with more efficient plants.

The PCP works at all stages of the crop: before planting – with soil revitalization and quality control of weed competition –, through seeds, vegetative and reproductive development, until the end of the process, harvest.

Also in the company's portfolio is the program Seeds of Truth, responsible for granting a seal to batches of seeds, from partner sowing plants, that present high performance, with 95% of germination of which 70% are in the highest and highest vigor classes and 90% of vigor by the accelerated aging test (EA ).

A quality seed in the production process allows the producer to obtain better and higher productivity in the crop. Quality is an interaction between the components of the seed, which together determine its attributes.

Largest soybean tree in Brazil

At the Fertiláqua stand, producers will also be able to see up close the largest soybean plant in Brazil, measuring more than two meters in height. While a normal plant produces around 100 pods in the field, at the last count, producer Nelson Roque Kappes managed to reach a total of 11 thousand pods on this tree.

Above-average soybean growth is associated with the combination of technological solutions that contribute to increasing seed capacity and, thus, obtaining plants with maximum efficiency.

“The event is a reference in the south of the country and brings together producers who are aware of technological advances. Fertiláqua develops technologies aimed at offering solutions that can help them with the challenges of high productivity”, explains Evandro Carlos Binsfeld (Bife), commercial director at Fertiláqua.

Held since 2000, the event has around 250 visitors from more than 70 countries and 527 exhibitors, contributing to the development of the sector as a whole.
