Expodireto Special: Harvester with 4x4 traction is ideal for working in different topography

Case IH, a CNH Industrial brand, presents its new harvester, the Axial-Flow 4130, in the 4x4 version, during Expodireto Cotrijal, which takes place between March 11th and 15th, in Não-Me-Toque (RS). Developed under Case IH's Efficient Power concept, the Axial Flow 4130 brings new technological resources that will allow greater efficiency for the farmer, who will be able to produce more with lower operating costs and is ideal for maintaining work efficiency even in rough terrain.  

“The 4x4 version is recommended for operating in the most different topography”, comments Eduardo Junior, Product Marketing Manager at Case IH. Axial-Flow 4130 adds more strength, stability and capacity to overcome adversities in the field. “This model presents excellent efficiency in Brazilian fields and is strategic equipment for the South region. Now in the 4x4 traction version, the machine is even stronger”, he adds.

Efficiency

The machine presents better performance and can operate efficiently in the most different topography. The Axial-Flow 4130 is equipped with a NEF 6.7 electronic engine, from FPT Industrial, with 253 hp. This feature allows the machine to respond more quickly to gain power and torque, maintaining harvesting, industrial rotation and grain processing speeds even when harvesting conditions are difficult.

Another item that helps to improve the productivity index is the new endless table, responsible for transporting and distributing the material separated and threshed by the rotor. At Axial-Flow 4130 there was a 13% increase in transport and distribution capacity.

The combine's grain tank is 7.050 liters.

In addition to the Axial-Flow 4130, Case IH will highlight other combine models. Still within the 130 Series, the brand will carry the Axial Flow 5130. One of the positive points of this equipment is the Axial-Flow system, recognized for preserving grain quality and reducing losses. The machine is equipped with a Small Tube rotor, whose space in the threshing and separation area is 26% larger than the previous version. The change increases the machine's operational capacity by up to 5% in adverse harvesting conditions, which demand more from the equipment.

The Axial-Flow Series 230 model 7230 will also be at the fair. The machine has an FPT Cursor 10 electronic engine with 426 hp of nominal power, which generates greater operational performance and less fuel consumption. Added to this, it has a grain tank storage capacity, up to 11% greater than the previous version. 

The 230 Series has some technologies, such as the CVT system (Continuously Variable Transmission), which provides greater efficiency in energy transmission, greater machine robustness and reduces maintenance costs. The equipment also has a transmission cone, directly responsible for the high quality of the grain, and the Cross-Flow fan, which also results in cleaner grains in the grain tank.

“A highlight is the low cost of scheduled maintenance. The 130 Series has 33% less cost than its main competitor and the 230 Series, less than 14%”, comments Eduardo Junior.
